Kent Services SC is backed by more than 15 years of hands-on experience in residential turnkey maintenance. The business was built to solve a common frustration for property owners and managers: too many moving parts, too many vendors, and too much inconsistency. The company is also deeply personal. Kent Services SC was founded in honor of Erick’s father. Erick had always envisioned building a business alongside him, but cancer took that dream away too soon. The name “Kent” comes from their shared middle name and stands as a tribute to the hardworking, disciplined man his father was. Those same values continue to shape the company today and are reflected in the way every property and every client is served.
